    Biography

    The son of former pro Mark Switters, Adam started racing at the age of nine and won his first Junior National Title at age twelve. Switters has also earned two junior national triathlon titles. In 2004, Switters was named to the U.S. cyclocross and road teams for the world junior championships in those events. He has also competed in Europe with the U.S. junior and U23 National team. Switters is currently pursuing a degree in exercise physiology at the University of California at Davis.
