Biography

Correia began racing as a junior, were he enjoyed two top-15 results at the world junior championships in 1992 and 1993. He joined the Portugese squad Troiamariscos in 1995 and then the Dutch outfit Europolis in 1996. Now the associate publisher of Bicycling Magazine, Correia went back to racing last year, where he scored an 11th place at the Portuguese national time trial championships.
