Not much is left of the T-Mobile squad that existed at the end of 2006. General manager Bob Stapleton has retained only 20 percent of the riders and staff, introduced the most stringent anti-doping program in the ProTour and, now that T-Mobile has pulled its sponsorship, changed the name to Team High Road — until a major new title sponsor emerges. The American-based team is made up of 29 riders from 14 nations with half of the team aged 26 and under.
