The Rabobank rejuvenation continues, with the Dutch hopes Thomas Dekker, Rick Flens, Robert Gesink and Sebbastian Langeveld all maturing quickly, while more homegrown talent is in the pipeline with Bauke Mollema and Jos Van Emden. But in 2008, except for a precocious Dekker continuing to make headlines, the old guard of Oscar Freire, Denis Menchov, Graeme Brown and Juan Antonio Flecha will pick up most of the big wins.
